ICP's (Inherently Conductive Polymers) are polymers with conjugated double-bonds in their main chain (delocalized p-electron system), which enable the charge carrier mobility. Polyaniline is one of the ICP's and it is doped (chemically modified) into it's salt form to create charge carriers. Use of doped polyaniline powders in polymer matrix is basically equal approach to using e.g. carbon black as conductive filler.
