PRE-ELEC ESD 5200
PP based grade for fulfilling the cleanliness requirements (NVR, out gassing and ionics).
Main application area is injection moulding, can also be extruded.
Typically used in boxes, bins, trays and crates.
PRE-ELEC ESD 6110
HIPS based masterbatch for cost-effective solutions. Surface resistance values less than 5x109ohms and CDT less than 2 seconds can be reached with dosage as low as 40%.
When used as such, surface resistance values of thermoformed products are even less than 5x108 ohms. Application area is extrusion.
PRE-ELEC ESD 6150
PS based grade enables good surface hardness as well as wear resistance.
Application area is extrusion. Developed especially for multi-layer applications.
PRE-ELEC ESD 7110
ABS based grade for applications requiring non-sloughing and flame retardant UL-V0 materials. Application area is injection moulding. Designed for technical parts in e.g. office machines.
PRE-ELEC ESD 7200
PC/ABS based material for applications where rigidity and tolerance for high temperatures are needed. Surface resistance values less than 1x109 ohms can be reached.

PC/PBT based grade for applications where tight tolerances are needed.
